ZVIZZER Sanding paper P3000

ZviZZer Sanding Film 150mm is a sanding disc used in the brand’s Glass Effect system.

Indeed, it is used with the ZviZZer sanding interfaces and the brand’s orbital sander.

This is not a paper sanding disc that tends to tear or wear prematurely, but a heavy duty plastic coated disc.

The intermediate abrasiveness in 2000 Sanding Film of ZviZZer was selected to enable a uniform finish while remaining safe with the machine ZviZZer Glass Effect.
The final abrasiveness in 3000 of Sanding Film of ZviZZer has been selected to allow an even smoother finish and homogeneous.

It is the same for the 4 holes present on the disc that you will find on the interfaces and on the sanders of the system.
Once the surface has been sanded, it will suffice to use a rotary polisher with a ZviZZer DOODLE pad (wool pad) to find the shine of the vehicle.

The final pass will preferably be done with an orbital polisher as well as a ZviZZer Fine Cut Trapez pad and a ZviZZer Fine Cut Hologram Remover polish .
